Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 10–15 business days. Most orders are quicker: over 90% of orders are fulfilled within 7 business days.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping – Free. Fully tracked delivery within 10–15 business days.
- Fast Insured Tracked Shipping – US$12. Priority handling, full tracking and insurance against loss or damage in transit.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and the holidays.
Processing
Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner and usually leave the warehouse within a few business days. Your order ships from our partner warehouse, so the tracking page may show an overseas origin.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to start updating.
Address details
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order ships, and we can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we’ll help, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. Orders with Fast Insured Tracked Shipping are fully covered against loss or damage in transit.
